Westernport, Maryland - WESTERNPORT [mdash] Thomas Dewey Wilcox, 79, of Westernport, passed away on Feb. 13, 2026, at Moran Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born Nov. 11, 1946, he was the son of the late Dewey and Dorothy Wilcox. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Judy Fulk and Jeanne Cavey.

A graduate of Bruce High School, he worked for more than 30 years at the Luke Paper Mill. Tom was a proud veteran of the United States Coast Guard. He was a member of the Freemasons and the American Legion. Tom enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching Westerns and enjoying a cold beer.

Tom is survived by his wife of 51 years, Annabelle Wilcox; daughter, Lee Ann Wilcox and fiancé James Moon of Luke; son, Rodney Frazee and wife Mary of Martinsburg, W.Va.; and son, Scott Wilcox of Long Island, N.Y.; sisters, Louella Friend and husband Ed, Joyce Paugh and husband Jim, and Janie Paugh; grandchildren, Matthew Sigley and wife Stormy, Bradley Sigley and wife Lauren; great-grandson, Henry Sigley; and several nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received at the Boal Funeral Home, Westernport, on Friday, Feb. 20, 2026, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. A funeral service will immediately follow the visitation at 1 p.m.

Interment will be at the Glendale Cemetery, Oakland.
