Grantsville, Maryland - William Eugene Kelley, 74, of Grantsville, Md., died Thursday, May 21, 2026, at Sterling Care at Frostburg Village, Frostburg, Md.

Born March 9, 1952, in Grantsville, he was the son of the late Harper Edward and Mary Elizabeth (Miller) Kelley. He was also preceded in death by one brother, Cecil E. Kelley; and one sister, Patricia Otto.

Mr. Kelley was a truck driver for Rodamer Concrete and a 52-year member of the Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department.

He is survived by his sister, Marjorie A. Hitchins, Frostburg; special niece, Kim Wilhelm and husband Roger Boch; special nephew, Terry Twigg; three greatnieces, Lisa Jackson and family, Alleene McElvie and family, and Amy Twigg.

Friends will be received at the Grantsville Fire Hall, 178 Springs Road, Grantsville, on Saturday, May 30, 2026, from 10 to 11 a.m.

Funeral services will follow in the Fire Hall at 11 a.m., with Pastor Herman Yoder officiating.

Newman Funeral Homes, P.A., 179 Miller St., Grantsville, is assisting the family with arrangements.
